Shipping & Delivery
- Once the order has been fulfilled within our 24-hr Service Level Agreement (SLA), we commit to providing the most accurate shipping flow possible. Orders placed before 3:00PM PST will be mailed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00PM PST will be mailed the following business day. Any correspondence related to your Order will be initiated by 'Sales AT Feelmore510 DOT Com'. Our preferred shipping carriers are USPS or UPS; however, the artwork may need a different form of shipping and prior to shipping, this will be communicated. Except for artwork, orders over $75 will receive complimentary shipping.

Returns & Replacements
As the products we sell are intimate products, we cannot accept returns for products unless defective. We offer a 30-day return
policy (must be accompanied with a RECEIPT
) on products that are defective to ensure customer satisfaction. Feelmore will work with our customer in the event, that any product is unsatisfactory. We suggest Clients that purchase in-store and online choose products with much care. Products purchased and later found out to be (for example) wrong size, color or opened will not be accepted as a return.
