    Returns & Replacements

    As the products we sell are intimate products, we cannot accept returns for products unless defective. Vendors offer a 30-day return policy (must be accompanied with a RECEIPT) on products that are defective to ensure customer satisfaction.  Feelmore will work with our customer in the event, that any product is defective.  Products purchased and later found out to be (for example) wrong size, color or opened will not be accepted as a return.

    We are working with great companies to ensure a quality product out the door but then there are times when something isn't right.  We want the Customer to know we value their time and money, so we help them through the return process with the vendor.  

    We know you understand and will appreciate this policy for any intimate product we sell.
