Returns & Replacements

As the products we sell are intimate products, we cannot accept returns for products unless defective. We offer a 30-day return policy (must be accompanied with a RECEIPT) on products that are defective to ensure customer satisfaction.  Feelmore will work with our customer in the event, that any product is unsatisfactory.  We suggest Clients that purchase in-store and online choose products with much care.  Products purchased and later found out to be (for example) wrong size, color or opened will not be accepted as a return.
